Concannon Miller is pleased to announce the hiring of new experienced tax expert to oversee its robust tax services division.

Kenneth Gibbons, CPA, CGMA, MST, has almost 25 years of public accounting experience, most while working in leadership at Big 4 and other large firms. As Concannon Miller’s shareholder in charge of tax services, he will oversee an experienced team of tax experts, which he is looking to grow.

Concannon Miller announces the hiring of Lainie Smith, CPA, MST as a new Tax Manager in its Bethlehem office.

Ms. Smith has over 20 years experience working on complex business and individual tax matters and tax research. She is helping to lead Concannon Miller’s research efforts on the new COVID-19 tax relief measures.

Concannon Miller announces the hiring of Dacey Keller, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, as its new Human Resources Manager.

Ms. Keller has worked in human resources for more than 12 years, including significant experience within professional services firms. She’s also an adjunct professor at Penn State Lehigh Valley, where she teaches human resources courses.

Concannon, Miller & Co. announces the hiring of Robert Baldree, a CPA with almost 20 years’ experience, as a new senior manager in its St. Petersburg office.

Mr. Baldree will help advise Concannon Miller’s many McDonald’s franchise clients, a firm specialty niche for almost 50 years.

Mr. Baldree, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), also holds Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credentials.

Concannon, Miller & Co. announces the hiring of Gail Boyle, a 23-year CPA, as a new manager in its St. Petersburg office.

Ms. Boyle will assist in the office’s services to McDonald’s franchise owners and also will serve other small businesses in the Tampa Bay area.

Ms. Boyle recently moved to Bradenton from the Las Vegas area, where she worked for the past 12 years including most recently owning her own accounting firm, Gail E. Boyle CPA.

Concannon, Miller & Co. announces the hiring of Patricia Wiesmeth, a 25-year CPA, as a new manager in its McDonald’s franchise niche.

Ms. Wiesmeth is a graduate of Villanova University and has spent more than 25 years in public accounting.

She previously co-owned her own accounting firm in the Poconos. Her work experience also includes serving as a manager at Weseloh, Carney & Co. in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, as well as working at KPMG Peat Marwick and Godick & Co.

E. Patrick Rush, CPA, serves as a Senior Tax Manager specializing in federal and state compliance, international tax reporting and tax research. He has 30 years of tax and accounting experience, including more than 20 years in public accounting including working for KPMG, EisnerAmper, and Deloitte.
