Concannon Miller is proud to announce Katie Moyer, CPA, a manager on its McDonald’s team, has been named a Lehigh Valley Business 40 Under 40 winner for 2020.

Katie manages one of the firm’s teams providing accounting services to McDonald’s franchisees. She’s proven herself to be a leader in new technology, co-leading the firm’s Innovation Committee and overseeing key software conversion for clients.

Concannon Miller is proud to announce Denise Hozza, CPA, CVA, a director on its small business team, has been named a Lehigh Valley Business Women of Influence winner for 2020.

Denise, a Certified Valuation Analyst, leads the firm’s valuation team. She’s been an accountant for more than 37 years, rising through the ranks from Senior Accountant to Manager to Senior Manager and now Director.

Ms. Smith has over 20 years experience working on complex business and individual tax matters and tax research. She is helping to lead Concannon Miller’s research efforts on the new COVID-19 tax relief measures.

Concannon Miller announces the hiring of Dacey Keller, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, as its new Human Resources Manager.

Ms. Keller has worked in human resources for more than 12 years, including significant experience within professional services firms. She’s also an adjunct professor at Penn State Lehigh Valley, where she teaches human resources courses.

Concannon Miller has launched a new Business Breakfast Seminar series, with topics including business tax savings strategies and new tax obligations following the Wayfair court decision.

The hourlong sessions offer tax, accounting and other actionable tips for business growth. They will run from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. on the following days at the firm’s Bethlehem office.

The seminars are geared at business owners and other business finance executives. Free CPE will be provided for interested attendees.
