Concannon Miller Director Wins Prestigious Chamber Award

Storey-Bono CREW shotConcannon Miller is proud to announce its Director of Marketing & Business Development Betsy Storey-Bono is the winner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce 2018 Athena Leadership Award.

The Chamber awards the prestigious honor annually to one woman for professional excellence, community service and for actively assisting women in their attainment of professional excellence and leadership skills.

Betsy established Concannon Miller’s marketing department when she started with the company in 2003. In addition to marketing and business development, Betsy has been instrumental in helping the firm’s shareholders develop their strategic plan for the future.

In her 15 years with Concannon Miller, Betsy has played an integral role in its growth, which has nearly doubled in her time.

Betsy is highly involved in the Lehigh Valley community, serving  as a Chamber Women to Women Mentor, on the Second Harvest Food Bank of the Lehigh Valley and Northeast Pennsylvania Advisory Board, CREW Lehigh Valley and the ArtsQuest Marketing Steering Committee. She formerly served on the United Way of Greater Lehigh Valley Marketing and Communications Steering Committee and Child Care Information Systems Board of Directors.

Betsy will receive the Chamber’s 2018 Athena Leadership Award at an Oct. 30 event. Tickets are available here.

Betsy also won a Lehigh Valley Business Women of Influence award in 2017.
