Concannon Miller is very proud to be a recipient of an inaugural Linny Award from the ArtsQuest Foundation.
The awards are named the late Marlene “Linny” Fowler, a great philanthropist and champion of the arts in the Lehigh Valley. The awards, which will take place Nov. 10, honor artists, arts educators, businesses and philanthropists who live and work in the Greater Lehigh Valley.
Concannon Miller received the Small Business Supporter of the Arts award.
“We are very proud to have been an annual supporter of ArtsQuest since the very first Musikfest in 1984,” Shareholder Andrea Brady says. “We also were an early supporter of SteelStacks, which has turned into a tremendous asset to the Lehigh Valley, in the style of everything amazing that ArtsQuest does for our community.”

Giving back to the community is explicitly spelled out in Concannon Miller’s strategic plan. ArtsQuest, which provides accessible arts opportunities to so many in our community, is a very worthy organization to support.
“As a small business, we’re proud we’re able to make such meaningful contributions to ArtsQuest and that those contributions were recognized in this very important honor,” Concannon Miller President & COO Ted Witman says. “Thank you to all our friends at ArtsQuest, for this award and for all that you do every day for our great community.”
Concannon Miller is especially honored to receive an award named for the great Linny Fowler, who Concannon Miller CEO Bob Oster knew through her work with ArtsQuest and PBS39.
“Linny Fowler was an incredible philanthropist and did so much for the arts in the Lehigh Valley,” Oster says. “We’re very proud to win an award named for her.”
