Concannon Miller announces it has again won a prestigious Best of Accounting award for providing superior service, given through the third party national consulting firm ClearlyRated.
The national award is based solely on client reviews. Concannon Miller received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 94.1% of their clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 43% in 2020.
ClearlyRated’s survey determines a Net Promoter Score for each firm. The survey earned Concannon Miller a Net Promoter Score of 93.5, almost four times the industry’s average of average of 23% in 2020. Net Promoter Scores range from -100 to 100.
Concannon Miller also ran the program in 2019 and won a Best of Accounting Client Satisfaction Award that year as well.

Concannon Miller received ratings from 30.8% of their clients, giving a comprehensive view into the high quality service the firm provides across the company. The survey polled on Concannon Miller’s responsiveness, work quality, value and proactive approach and the firm scored highly in all areas.
