Concannon Miller is now a three-time winner of the prestigious Best of Accounting award for providing superior service, given through the third party national consulting firm ClearlyRated.
The national award is based solely on client reviews. Concannon Miller received a Net Promoter Score of 92.8%, far greater than the industry’s average of 38% in 2021. Net Promoter Scores range from -100 to 100.
Concannon Miller’s 92.8% Net Promoter Score ranks the firm in the top 13% of all ClearlyRated accounting clients.
Concannon Miller also won Best of Accounting Client Satisfaction Awards in 2021 and 2019; the firm did not participate in the program in 2020.

The survey polled on Concannon Miller’s responsiveness, work quality, value and proactive approach and the firm scored highly in all areas.
